Our Process

Preparation and Planning


Define the purpose and goal of the shoot then we determine the location, time and desired aesthetic.

A list of necessary equipment, including camera, lenses, lighting and any accessories we will need during the shoot. Then we consider the factors of composition, framing and storytelling elements.

Execution



Set up the scene, direct subjects and elements within the frame. Take multiple or footage from different angles and perspectives while paying attention to lighting condition and making adjustments.

Review & Selection


At this stage we review the captured images or footage to assess quality and composition, selecting the best shots or clips that align with the intended vision that meet project requirements,

Post-Process and Editing


Enhance the selected images or footage through post-processing and editing software to make adjusts and refine the visual appearance. Adding special effects, overlays, or text to enhance the storytelling or branding elements. Final review and edits to meet ensure client's expectations before delivery.


FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

This will all depend on the package and type of photography you chose, it can vary between 5 to over 100 images. All other images will be available to view and charged extra per image if you like others.

Do you travel?

Yes, we do travel,. We cater to Ottawa and surrounding region but we can adjust and travel further, this will be reflected in our quote.

How do I book a shoot?

What is your turnaround time?

This will all depend on the project but a headshot season will be 24 to 48 hours approximately, this also includes real estate photography.
All our Video services require more time and will be discussed during the preparation and planning stage.
